Abstract

Czujnik odchylenia od pionu zaopatrzony w ruchomy element (3) o sferycznej powierzchni wykonany z materiału przewodzącego umieszczony w przestrzeni ograniczonej przez zestaw elektrod, jest zaopatrzony w zasadniczo graniasty korpus (1) z rozmieszczonymi na obwodzie otworami (4a, 4c), w których są umieszczone przynajmniej trzy elektrody boczne (5c) rozstawione tak, że odstępy pomiędzy sąsiadującymi elektrodami bocznymi są mniejsze od średnicy ruchomego elementu (3). Korpus (1) jest zaopatrzony w podstawę górną z elektrodą górną (6b) i podstawę dolną z elektrodą dolną (6a). Elektroda górna (6b) i elektroda dolna (6a) są rozstawione na odległość większą od średnicy ruchomego elementu (3) i są wypukłe, gładkie i umieszczone naprzeciw siebie. Sąsiadujące ze sobą elektrody boczne są odizolowane od siebie oraz od elektrody górnej (6b) i dolnej (6a) lub zwarte wyłącznie przez ruchomy element (3). Sposób określania odchylenia od pionu, za pomocą czujnika cechuje się tym, że wykrywa się parę elektrod zwartych ze sobą oraz elektrodą górną lub dolną i identyfikuje się kierunek odchylenia od pionu jako półprostą przebiegającą od środka korpusu, pomiędzy tymi dwiema elektrodami.The vertical deviation sensor has a movable element (3) with a spherical surface made of conductive material placed in the space bounded by the set of electrodes, it is provided with a substantially angular body (1) with holes (4a, 4c) distributed around the circumference into at least three side electrodes (5c) spaced so that the spacing between adjacent side electrodes is smaller than the diameter of the movable element (3). The body (1) is provided with an upper base with an upper electrode (6b) and a lower base with a lower electrode (6a). The upper electrode (6b) and the lower electrode (6a) are spaced apart from the diameter of the movable element (3) and are convex, smooth and placed opposite to each other. Adjacent side electrodes are insulated from each other and from the upper (6b) and lower (6a) electrodes or short-circuited only by the movable element (3). The method of determining the deviation from vertical with the sensor is characterized in that it detects a pair of electrodes shorted together and an upper or lower electrode, and identifies the direction of the vertical deviation as a ray extending from the center of the body between the two electrodes.
