Abstract
Biologiczna niskoprofilowa, rozprężana na balonie zastawka serca przedstawiona na rysunku, zwłaszcza aortalna, implantowana przezskórnie, zawiera ramę zastawki o budowie cylindrycznej, w której można wydzielić część zaworową i część wspierającą oraz wszyty do ramy materiał biologiczny. Górna część cylindrycznego rękawa z materiału biologicznego jest zamocowana do ramy zastawki w części wspierającej ramy od strony zewnętrznej i rękaw jest wywinięty do wnętrza ramy od dołu i zamocowany do przęseł do mocowania w części zaworowej. Niezamocowane do przęseł górne części rękawa, po obu stronach przęsła, są ze sobą połączone przy ramie zastawki tworząc specyficznie utworzone komisury dla płatków zastawki.
