Abstract
System wprowadzający implanty stosowane w strukturalnych chorobach serca metodą małoinwazyjną zawiera cewnik (2), który połączony jest z częścią dystalną balonu (1) a z drugiej strony z nasadką prostą posiadająca kanał boczny (10), do której mocowana jest strzykawka ciśnieniowa, służąca do pompowania balonu. Cewnik osłonięty jest od zewnątrz osłoną (8). Balon (1) posiada w części środkowej przewężenie, a wewnątrz balonu i w cewniku (8) znajduje się kanał (6) wyprowadzony poza balon i na końcu uformowany w kształcie spirali (3). Wewnątrz balonu (1) lub na zewnątrz przy jego dystalnym i proksymalnym końcu system jest wyposażony w uformowany kształtowo co najmniej jeden mechanizm kotwiczenia skrępowanego na powierzchni balonu implantu, zapobiegający jego niekontrolowanemu przemieszczeniu.
