Abstract

Kompozytowa belka konstrukcyjna z dwustronnym zbrojeniem materiałem kompozytowym skonstruowana ze środnika (1), zbrojenia w strefie ściskanej (2) i zbrojenia w strefie rozciąganej (3), charakteryzuje się tym, że środnikiem belki (1) jest jedna lub wiele płyt sklejonych ze sobą na grubość; przy czym jedna z krawędzi brzegowych środnika belki (1) jest płaska lub w osi poddana jest obróbce frezowaniem frezem okrągłym lub prostokątnym na kształt litery "U"; natomiast środnik belki (1) jest nośnikiem zbrojeń znajdujących się w jej miejscach brzegowych; zbrojenie ściskane (2) znajduje się w strefie ściskanej belki i zbrojenie rozciągane (3) znajduje się w strefie rozciąganej belki w miejscu płaskiej krawędzi brzegowej lub w miejscu wybranego materiału o kształcie litery "U" powstałym po obróbce frezowaniem; dodatkowo zbrojenie strefy rozciąganej (3) jest zabezpieczone materiałem izolacyjnym (4) lub folią (5).
