Abstract
Turbina łopatkowo-ciśnieniowa z wirującymi kołami zbudowana jest z tłoka (1) na kształt walca z naniesionymi równomiernie łopatkami (3), współpracującymi z prostopadłymi i stycznymi do tłoka kołami wirującymi (5), posiadającymi szczeliny (6). Tłok wraz z kołami wirującymi obudowany jest korpusem turbiny, tworząc tym samym komory. Każda komora turbiny posiada otwór wlotowy i wylotowy. Do otworów wlotowego turbiny doprowadza się sprężony płyn, który oddziaływuje na łopatki turbiny, tworząc moment obrotowy na wale napędowym tłoka (4). Łopatki turbiny wspomagają wydostanie się rozprężonego płynu otworami wylotowymi z turbiny. Koła wirujące są napędzane z wału napędowego poprzez system przekładni zębatych.A blade-pressure turbine with rotating wheels is composed of a piston (1) in the shape of a cylinder with evenly placed blades (3), cooperating with rotating wheels (5) perpendicular and tangential to the piston, having slots (6). The piston and the rotating wheels are enclosed in the turbine body, thus creating chambers. Each turbine chamber has an inlet and outlet port. Compressed fluid is supplied to the turbine inlet ports, which acts on the turbine blades, creating torque on the piston drive shaft (4). The turbine blades help the expanded fluid escape through the turbine outlet holes. The rotating wheels are driven from the drive shaft through a gear system.
