Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest matryca cementacyjna modyfikowana polimerowo do immobilizacji odpadów zawierających substancje niebezpieczne, na bazie cementu. Matryca ta posiada w składzie w układzie wagowym: 10 do 40 części granulowanego żużla wielkopiecowego, 10 do 40 części cementu krzemianowego, 0,5 do 2 części uwodnionego siarczanu wapniowego w stosunku do cementu krzemianowego, 2 do 5 części wielokierunkowego modyfikatora polimerowego. Stosunek ilości granulowanego żużla wielkopiecowego do ilości cementu krzemianowego wynosi od 0,25 do 1. Składniki stanowią od 10 do 70 części w przeliczeniu na suchą masę odpadów tak, że suma części wagowych wszystkich składników wynosi 100.The subject of the notification is a polymer-modified cementitious matrix for the immobilization of waste containing hazardous substances, based on cement. The matrix consists of: 10 to 40 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 10 to 40 parts of silicate cement, 0.5 to 2 parts of hydrated calcium sulphate in relation to silicate cement, 2 to 5 parts of multidirectional polymer modifier. The ratio of the amount of granulated blast furnace slag to the amount of silicate cement is from 0.25 to 1. The components are 10 to 70 parts based on the dry weight of the waste, so that the sum of the parts by weight of all components is 100.
