Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowa pochodna 4,6-dimetylo-2-sulfanylopirydyny o nazwie chemicznej hydrazyd kwasu N'-[(antracen-9-ylo)metyleno]-2-[4,6-dimetylo-2-sulfanylo-pirydyn-3-ylo-karboksamido]octowego, wykazująca aktywność przeciwnowotworową wobec wybranych komórek nowotworowych oraz sposób otrzymywania nowej pochodnej w reakcji N-(2-hydrazyno-2-oksoetylo)-4,6-dimetylo-2-sulfanylopirydyno-3-karboksamidu z 9-antracenokarboksaldehydem w środowisku wrzącego metanolu i obecności katalitycznej ilości stężonego kwasu octowego. Zgłoszenie to obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania przedmiotowej pochodnej.
