Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat doustny w postaci tabletki zawierający maślan sodu, który składa się z: rdzenia o składzie: maślan sodu w ilości 55 - 75% wagowych, hydroksypropylometyloceluloza o wysokiej lepkości w ilości 15 - 30% wagowych, stearynian magnezu w ilości 0,5 - 4% wagowych, krzemionka koloidalna w ilości 0,1 - 1% wagowych, nieorganiczne sole wapnia w ilości 10 - 30% wagowych; ewentualnie otoczki wewnętrznej retardującej w ilości 3 - 10% wagowych w stosunku do masy rdzenia, składającej się z hydroksypropylometylocelulozy lub etylocelulozy i hydroksypropylometylocelulozy w ilości 60 - 90% wagowych, plastyfikatora w ilości 8 - 20% wagowych, oraz środka przeciwzbrylającego w ilości 20 - 45% wagowych; otoczki dojelitowej w ilości 3 - 10% wagowych w stosunku do masy rdzenia wykonanej z poli(kwasu akrylano-ko-metylometakrylano-ko-metakrylowego metylu) 7:3:1 w ilości 65 - 90% wagowych, plastyfikatora w ilości 1 - 8% wagowych, oraz środek przeciwzbrylający w ilości 5 - 35% wagowych, oraz ewentualnie emulgator w przypadku stosowania monostearynianu glicerolu. Ponadto preparat doustny w postaci kapsułki zawierający maślan sodu, składa się z: granulatu o składzie: maślan sodu w ilości 55 - 80% wagowych, hydroksypropylometyloceluloza o wysokiej lepkości w ilości 15 - 40% wagowych, stearynian magnezu w ilości 0,5 - 4% wagowych, krzemionka koloidalna w ilości 0,1 - 1% wagowych, ewentualnie nieorganiczne sole wapnia w ilości 10 - 30% wagowych; kapsułki twardej, powleczonej otoczką w ilości 3 - 10% wagowych w stosunku do masy granulatu, wykonanej z poli(kwasu akrylano-ko-metylometakrylano-ko-metakrylowego metylu) 7:3:1 w ilości 65 - 90% wagowych, plastyfikatora w ilości 1 - 8% wagowych, środka przeciwzbrylającego w ilości 5 - 35% wagowych oraz ewentualnie emulgatora. Ewentualnie otoczki wewnętrznej retardującej znajdującej się na kapsułce pod otoczką dojelitową w ilości 3 - 10% wagowych w stosunku do masy granulatu, składającej się z hydroksypropylometylocelulozy lub etylocelulozy i hydroksypropylometylocelulozy w ilości 60 - 90% wagowych, plastyfikatora w ilości 8 - 20% wagowych, oraz środka przeciwzbrylającego w ilości 20 - 45% wagowych.
