Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest dusza do nakładania warstwy środka spożywczego z otworem wylotowym. Otwór wylotowy tworzy elastyczna membrana. W obszarze otworu wylotowego jest usytuowany co najmniej jeden element dociskowy, który powoduje, że otwór wylotowy w swoich wymiarach jest w całości, częściowo lub fragmentarycznie ukształtowany elastycznie lub w ogóle nie jest ukształtowany elastycznie. Jako element dociskowy zastosowano dociskacz (4). Jedna strona dociskacza (4) jest usytuowana w obszarze otworu wylotowego dyszy. Druga strona dociskacza (4) znajduje się na wałku (3). Druga strona dociskacza (4) jest połączona z wałkiem (3) za pośrednictwem elementu sprężynowego (6).
