Urządzenie zgazowujące do wytwarzania surowego gazu syntezowego wytworzonego przez zgazowanie węglowego wsadu, które to urządzenie zgazowujące wyposażone jest w: gazogenerator (101), umożliwiający przepływ przezeń wytworzonego gazu: ekonomizer (134) do pieców węglowych, który znajduje się wewnątrz gazogeneratora (101) i służy do wymiany ciepła z wytworzonym gazem; rurę wieszakową (103), która podtrzymuje ekonomizer (134) do pieców węglowych i umożliwia przepływ przezeń co najmniej części wody doprowadzanej z rury (157) doprowadzania wody; przewód dopływowy (156) ekonomizera do pieców węglowych umożliwiający przepływ wody wypływającej z rury wieszakowej (103) do strony dopływowej ekonomizera (134); rurę obejściową (161), która stanowi odgałęzienie od rury (157) doprowadzania wody i umożliwia przepływ wody innej niż woda doprowadzana do rury wieszakowej (103) do przewodu dopływowego (156) ekonomizera do pieców węglowych; zawór obejściowy (162) znajdujący się w rurze obejściowej (161) oraz urządzenie sterujące (105) do sterowania stopniem otwarcia zaworu obejściowego (162) zależnie od obciążenia pieca zgazowującego, tak aby regulować ilość wody doprowadzanej do rury wieszakowej (103) i do rury obejściowej (161).
