Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing precast concrete elements of stairs / balconies of concrete with reduced energy demand, characterized by the fact that the concrete mix is a combination of components with a significantly different bulk density, measured and dosed in a weight and volume manner, and these components are dosed into the mixer and then mixed with part of the mixing water to moisten the lightweight aggregate, where in the moistening process, cement and fly ash are dosed, then the mixture components are homogenized until initial homogeneity, then chemical modifiers are added, and then the components are mixed until obtaining a homogeneous concrete mix and replenishing the remaining part of the mixing water, then the pseudo-compacting mass is poured into the mold for a given element, then the mold with the poured concrete is subjected to the maturing process.
