Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wytwór przestrzenny, zwłaszcza mebel, zawierający utworzony z płatów materiału pokrowiec (2) z połączonymi ze sobą komorami wypełnianymi piankowymi kształtkami, obejmujący część górną (4) z obrzeżem dolnym i część dolną (9) z obrzeżem górnym, które są ze sobą połączone, przy czym część górna zawiera co najmniej jedną komorę górną a część dolna zawiera co najmniej jedną komorę dolną a komora górna i komora dolna przeznaczone są na piankowe kształtki i są ze sobą połączone, charakteryzujący się tym, że pomiędzy częścią górną i częścią dolną umieszczona jest przegroda zaopatrzona w co najmniej jedną szczelinę zamykaną zamknięciem przy czym szczelina znajduje się w części wspólnej przegrody dla części górnej i części dolnej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wykonania wytworu przestrzennego oraz pokrowiec, zwłaszcza na mebel.
