Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wanna trawialnicza do stosowania w ocynkowni z wymuszonym przepływem cieczy i sposób wymuszania przepływu czynnika trawiącego w wannie trawialniczej. Wanna trawialnicza o kształcie prostopadłościanu charakteryzuje się tym, że na przeciwległych krótszych bokach A i B wanny (1) umieszone są wloty kanałów zewnętrznych do transportowania czynnika trawiącego w taki sposób, że na każdym krótszym boku umieszczone jest po co najmniej jednym wlocie dolnym (3, 3') o średnicy co najmniej 100 mm na wysokości 1/3 wysokości wanny i po co najmniej jednym wlocie górnym (4, 4') o średnicy co najmniej 100 mm na wysokości 2/3 wysokości wanny (1) i wloty górny i dolny na danym boku połączone są za pośrednictwem pompy (2, 2') kanałami zewnętrznymi (5, 6) przy czym praca pomp (2, 2') umieszczonych na przeciwległych bokach jest synchronizowana i pompy umożliwiają pompowanie czynnik trawiącego w wannie od wlotów górnych do dolnych lub do wlotów dolnych do górnych.The subject of the application is a pickling tank for use in a galvanizing plant with a forced flow of liquid and a method for forcing the flow of the pickling agent in the pickling tank.
