Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia klamke w widoku z dolu, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku z dolu, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry, a fig. 6 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku.Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki. Czesc osadcza klamki ma postac walca, scietego nieznacznie od wewnetrznej strony, w kierunku od trzpienia osadczego do czesci chwytowej. W widoku z boku czesc osadcza zweza sie w miejscu polaczenia z czescia chwytowa. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest w przyblizeniu prostopadla do czesci osadczej, oraz lukowo wygieta wypukloscia na zewnatrz i w widoku z góry ma postac wypuklego luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny. Czesc chwytowa klamki ma w widoku z boku ksztalt owalu, natomiast w widoku z przodu jest w czesci srodkowej lekko wypukla z obydwu stron, nastepnie zweza sie w czesci koncowej. Koncowa powierzchnia czesci chwytowej jest scieta pod katem prostym. Ponadto od strony wewnetrznej, czesc chwytowa jest zaopatrzona w cztery ksztaltowe wglebienia, wyprofilowane do ksztaltu palców reki i ulatwiajace chwycenie klamki. The subject of the industrial design is a door or window handle. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and grip part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the handle from below, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the front, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from below, Fig. 4 shows the same handle from the back, Fig. 5 shows the same handle from above, and Fig. 6 shows the same handle from the side. The handle according to the design shown in Figs. 1 to 6 consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short, cylindrical mounting pin, and on the other to the grip part of the handle. The mounting part of the handle has the form of a cylinder, slightly truncated on the inside, in the direction from the mounting pin to the grip part. In the side view, the mounting part narrows at the point of connection with the grip part. The gripping portion of the handle is approximately perpendicular to the mounting portion and has an outwardly curved convexity. From a top view, the gripping portion of the handle is oval in shape from the side, while from the front, it is slightly convex on both sides in the middle, then narrows towards the end. The end surface of the gripping portion is cut at a right angle. Furthermore, the inner side of the gripping portion is provided with four shaped recesses, contoured to the shape of the fingers and facilitating gripping the handle.
