Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania preparatu zawierającego mikroelementowe chelaty glicynowe takich metali jak Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe, w których stosunek molowy ligandu do każdego metalu wynosi co najmniej 1:1, korzystnie z dodatkiem boru i molibdenu w formie związków nieorganicznych oraz ewentualnie magnezu. Preparat jest w postaci sypkiego homogenicznego mikrogranulatu, rozpuszczalnego w wodzie, którego każda pojedyncza mikrogranula o średniej wielkości cząstek od 100 µm do 1 mm, ma dokładnie taki sam skład. Całkowita zawartość metali w preparacie w formie schelatowanej wynosi do 25% wagowych, w tym: 0,1 - 25% wagowych Zn, 0,1 - 22% wagowych Mn, 0,1 - 24% wagowych Cu i 0,1 - 20,0% wagowych Fe. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zastosowanie preparatu zawierającego mikroelementowe chelaty glicynowe w uprawie roślin, po uprzednim rozpuszczeniu w wodzie, w postaci oprysku dolistnego w dawce 0,2 - 2,0 kg/h. Ponadto preparat dodaje się w ilości 1 - 10% wagowych do wodorozpuszczalnych wieloskładnikowych nawozów mineralnych NPK i całość po uprzednim rozpuszczeniu w wodzie podaje się roślinom w postaci oprysku dolistnego w dawce 2 - 5 kg/ha.The subject of the application is a method of producing a preparation containing micronutrient glycine chelates of metals such as Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe, in which the molar ratio of the ligand to each metal is at least 1: 1, preferably with the addition of boron and molybdenum in the form of inorganic compounds and possibly magnesium. The preparation is in the form of a free-flowing, homogeneous, water-soluble microgranulate, each individual microgranule with an average particle size of 100 µm to 1 mm having exactly the same composition. The total metal content of the chelated preparation is up to 25% by weight, including: 0.1 - 25% by weight of Zn, 0.1 - 22% by weight of Mn, 0.1 - 24% by weight of Cu and 0.1 - 20, 0 wt.% Fe. The subject of the application is also the use of a preparation containing micronutrient glycine chelates in plant cultivation, after dissolving in water, in the form of foliar spray at a dose of 0.2-2.0 kg / h. In addition, the preparation is added in the amount of 1 - 10% by weight to NPK water-soluble multi-component mineral fertilizers and the whole, after dissolving it in water, is applied to plants in the form of foliar spraying at a dose of 2 - 5 kg / ha.
