Urządzenie do umacniania kół zębatych, zwłaszcza o zębach skośnych, cechuje się tym, że posiada korzystnie trzy odchylane głowice (1) z rolkami nagniatającymi (2) ułożyskowanymi na osiach, dociskanymi sprężynami (5) z nakrętkami regulacyjnymi (6), zaś koło zębate (4) połączone jest z tłoczyskiem (8) siłownika hydraulicznego (18) poprzez obrotnicę podziałową (7), a przez dyszę (17) podawana jest ciecz chłodząco - smarująca.
