Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest paleta do manipulowania sa- dzonkami roslin majaca zastosowanie w procesach uprawy roslin poza gruntem lub ich transportu i sprzedazy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem z góry palety, a fig. 2 jest przekrojem czastkowym plaszczyzna pionowa Paleta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac prostokatnej plyty, która w widoku z góry ma cztery rzedy równych otworów kanalów rozmieszczonych po szesc w kazdym rzedzie, przy czym powierzchnie kanalów sa zbiezne i odwzorowuja fragmenty pobocznic stozków scietych. W widoku z boku spod krawedzi dolnej plyty górnej wychodzi rzad scianek kanalów, majacych postac rzedu równych trapezów. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a pallet for manipulating plant seedlings, used in the process of growing plants outside the ground or transporting and selling them. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a top view of the pallet, and Fig. 2 is a partial cross-section of the vertical plane. The pallet, according to the industrial design, has the form of a rectangular plate, which, in a top view, has four rows of equal channel openings, arranged six in each row, with the channel surfaces converging and representing fragments of the side surfaces of truncated cones. In a side view, a row of channel walls extends from under the lower edge of the upper plate, in the form of a row of equal trapezoids. PL PL PL
