Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system pakowania produktów w porcjach, zawierający zespół form obejmujący co najmniej jedną formę (17) odwzorowującą kształt porcji produktu, oraz co najmniej jedno narzędzie termoformujące (18) i co najmniej jedno narzędzie zgrzewające (19), który to system służy do pakowania porcji produktu w pierwszą warstwę folii (23) termo - formowalnej, kształtowanej w formie za pomocą narzędzia termo - formującego (18), zgrzewaną z drugą warstwą wspomnianej folii (25) za pomocą narzędzia zgrzewającego (19), przy czym każde z narzędzi (18, 19) jest cyklicznie przemieszczalne między swoim położeniem docisku do zespołu form i swoim położeniem rozłącznym z zespołem form (17), w którym każda forma (17) wykonana jest z materiału o niskiej przewodności cieplnej, nie większej niż 0,5 W/°K m, natomiast każde narzędzie zgrzewające (19) zaopatrzone jest w elastyczną warstwę (21) przewodzącą ciepło, stykającą się ze zgrzewaną folią, wykonaną z materiału o wysokiej przewodności cieplnej, nie mniejszej niż 3 W/°K m. Transporter modułowy (38) do pakowania produktów w porcjach zawierający wiele modułów (26, 27, 28) zestawionych w ruchomy wzdłuż transportera zamknięty łańcuch bez końca mający część górną (38a) i część dolną (38b), wyposażony jest w system według wynalazku.
