Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy lekkiego kruszywa kompozytowego, na bazie odpadów z recyklingu tworzyw sztucznych, mającego zastosowanie w budownictwie - jako składnik betonu lub zapraw albo materiał izolacyjny, w drogownictwie - jako materiał do wykonania stabilizacji i podbudów, w geotechnice do warstw filtracyjnych i wzmocnień gruntu jako wypełniacz żywic i innych materiałów konstrukcyjnych i powłokowych. Kruszywo jest sporządzone z odpadów z tworzyw sztucznych i innych, korzystnie odpadowych, materiałów. Kruszywo charakteryzuje się tym, że złożone jest z ziaren w postaci granulatu o uziarnieniu od 0,1 mm do 30 mm i budowie warstwowej. Każde ziarno ma polimerowy rdzeń (1) szczelnie otoczony co najmniej jedną zewnętrzną powłoką (2) wytworzoną z materiałów sypkich o uziarnieniu od 0,005 mm do 5 mm, korzystnie od 0,005 mm do 2 mm. Zewnętrzna powłoka (2) jest jednorodnie połączona z polimerowym rdzeniem (1).The application concerns lightweight composite aggregate, based on recycled plastic waste, used in construction - as a component of concrete or mortars or insulation material, in road construction - as a material for stabilization and substructures, in geotechnics for filter layers and soil reinforcements as a filler of resins and other construction and coating materials. The aggregate is made up of plastic waste and other, preferably waste, materials. The aggregate is characterized by the fact that it is composed of grains in the form of granules with a grain size of 0.1 mm to 30 mm and a layered structure. Each grain has a polymer core (1) sealed surrounded by at least one outer shell (2) made of a free-flowing material with a grain size of 0.005 mm to 5 mm, preferably 0.005 mm to 2 mm. The outer shell (2) is uniformly connected to the polymer core (1).
