Abstract

Sposób prowadzenia prac przygotowawczych do prac remontowych w strefie podwodnej hydrotechnicznych konstrukcji podporowych, zwłaszcza wielopalowych, polegający na uformowaniu wokół hydrotechnicznej konstrukcji przestrzeni roboczej otoczonej stalową ścianką charakteryzuje się tym, że prace przygotowawcze prowadzi się w czterech etapach, przy czym w pierwszym etapie na placu montażowym wykonuje się stalowe łukowe elementy, zaopatrzone w kołnierze, jako elementy składowe obwodowego szalunku i obwodowych segmentowych pierścieni (S1, S2, S3 ...Sn), po czym do stalowych łukowych elementów przymocowuje się stalowe elementy zaczepowe, zaś w etapie na dnie akwenu wodnego (D) wokół konstrukcji hydrotechnicznej (K) wykonuje się obwodowy szalunek ze stalowych łukowych elementów (E) i formuje się płytę denną (P) poprzez wypełnienie obwodowego szalunku mieszanką betonową sposobem betonowania podwodnego, a w trzecim etapie formuje się komorę roboczą (F) w ten sposób, że wykonuje się pierwszy obwodowy segmentowy pierścień (S1) poprzez ułożenie na obwodowym szalunku stalowych łukowych elementów i połączenie ich ze sobą oraz z obwodowym szalunkiem stalowymi elementami zaczepowymi, po czym wykonuje się kolejne obwodowe segmentowe pierścienie. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także urządzenie do realizacji tego sposobu.The method of carrying out preparatory work for renovation works in the underwater zone of hydrotechnical support structures, especially multi-pile structures, consisting in forming a working space surrounded by a steel wall around the hydrotechnical structure, characterized by the fact that the preparatory work is carried out in four stages, with the first stage being performed on the assembly site by steel arched elements, provided with flanges, as components of the perimeter formwork and peripheral segment rings (S1, S2, S3 ... Sn), then steel catch elements are attached to the steel arched elements, and at the stage at the bottom of the water body ( D) around the hydrotechnical structure (K), a peripheral formwork of steel arched elements (E) is made and a bottom plate (P) is formed by filling the perimeter formwork with concrete mix using the underwater concreting method, and in the third stage, the working chamber (F) is formed in this way that the first circuit is being performed segment ring (S1) by placing the steel arched elements on the peripheral formwork and connecting them with each other and with the peripheral formwork with steel catch elements, and then further peripheral segment rings are made.
