Znaczniki te charakteryzują się termowrażliwością dzięki czemu zmieniając temperaturę można je odłączyć od znakowanej biocząsteczki bez destrukcji tejże biocząsteczki.The subject of the application are fluorescent markers based on precursors of general formulas 1, 2 or 3, as well as the method of their preparation and use in which A represents a group of formula 4 or 5. These markers are characterized by thermosensitivity, so by changing the temperature they can be detached from the labeled biomolecule without destroying it of the same biomolecule.
