Abstract
Urządzenie zawiera bramkę radiowej transmisji sygnałów emitowanych przez nadawczo-odbiorcze anteny (3A, 4A): - czujnika temperatury (3) zasilanego indukcyjnie i mającego wbudowane w trzpieniowej obudowie przetwornik połączony z układem scalonym wykorzystującym powierzchniowe fale akustyczne z funkcją zależną od temperatury, oraz - jednostki centralnej z elektronicznym analizatorem i rejestratorem odbitych sygnałów radarowych. Istota rozwiązania polega na tym, że zawiera złącze termiczne (5), wykonane z materiału o współczynniku przewodzenia ciepła nie mniejszym od współczynnika stali, zamocowane przez powierzchnię przystającą do powierzchni szyjki szyny (2), i w którym na górnej powierzchni osadzony jest czujnik temperatury (3) usytuowany osią trzpieniowej obudowy równolegle do pionowej osi szyny (2) oraz tak, że powierzchnia czołowa jego anteny (3A) położona jest bezpośrednio obok i poniżej poziomu główki szyny (2). Antena jednostki centralnej (4A) jest zamocowana do ramy podwozia (8) tramwaju współosiowo i powyżej anteny czujnika (3A) z odstępem (x) między powierzchniami czołowymi obu anten (3A, 4A) w zakresie od 30 do 80 mm, nie mniejszym od maksymalnego ugięcia eksploatacyjnego ramy podwozia (8) tramwaju.The device comprises a gate for radio transmission of signals emitted by transmitting / receiving antennas (3A, 4A): - an inductively powered temperature sensor (3) having a transducer embedded in the spindle housing connected to an integrated circuit using surface acoustic waves with a temperature dependent function, and - units central with an electronic analyzer and recorder of reflected radar signals.
