Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu szybkiej pirolizy zwłaszcza biomasy, a także budowę układu do szybkiej pirolizy biomasy i nośnika ciepła. Sposób polega na tym, że biomasę wraz z rozgrzanymi nośnikami ciepła utajonego wprowadza się w procesie ciągłym do komory retorty pirolizy umieszczonej w reaktorze, w której biomasa podlega pirolizie kontaktowej biomasy w z gorącymi nośnikami ciepła, a następnie po ciągłym mieszaniu strumienia tej mieszaniny w trakcie przemieszczania się przez komorę retorty pirolizy w czasie od 5 minut do 1 godziny, korzystnie w ciągu 20 minut i ogrzaniu tej mieszaniny przez nośniki ciepła do temperatury od 500°C do 1000°C, a następnie na wylocie retorty z mieszaniny oddziela się sukcesywnie nośniki ciepła od powstałego i nieprzereagowanego w retorcie karbonizatu, który po opuszczeniu retorty pirolizy biomasy przemieszcza się grawitacyjnie przez pole mikrofalowe, gdzie ogrzewa się do około 1200°C.
