Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania fosforescencyjnego materiału poliuretanowego. Sposób otrzymywania fosforescencyjnych poliuretanowych materiałów, przeprowadza się w trzech etapach. W pierwszym etapie syntezowany jest prepolimer uretanowy tak, że sporządza się ciekłą mieszaninę z oligodiolu użytego w ilości, w przeliczeniu na ilość wymienionych substratów w produkcie końcowym, od 56% mas. do 60% mas., i izocyjanianu użytego w ilości od 26% mas. do 29% mas. Następnie otrzymany ciekły prepolimer uretanowy miesza się z pigmentem fosforescencyjnym użytym w ilości od 2% mas. do 10% mas.. W drugim etapie do mieszaniny złożonej z prepolimeru uretanowego oraz pigmentu fosforescencyjnego dodaje się małocząsteczkowego przedłużacza łańcuchów prepolimeru, użytego w ilości od 7% mas. do 8% mas., w przeliczeniu na ilość wymienionych substratów w produkcie końcowym. Następnie tak uzyskaną mieszaninę zawierającą prepolimer i pigment fosforescencyjnego i małocząsteczkowy przedłużacz łańcuchów wylewa się do form, a po zżelowaniu mieszaniny reakcyjnej formy wygrzewa się, otrzymując fosforescencyjne lane wyroby poliuretanowe. W trzecim etapie otrzymane lane wyroby poliuretanowe poddaje się rozdrobnieniu w taki sposób, aby w wyniku rozdrobnienia uzyskać granulat fosforescencyjnego poliuretanu o rozmiarach ziaren nie większych niż 10 mm, następnie tak otrzymany granulat formuje się w oczekiwany profil, korzystnie filament. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest fosforescencyjny, poliuretanowy, materiał otrzymany z substratów wykorzystanych do syntezy multiblokowych poliuretanów termoplastycznych.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining a phosphorescent polyurethane material. The method of obtaining phosphorescent polyurethane materials is carried out in three stages. In the first step, a urethane prepolymer is synthesized so that a liquid mixture is prepared from the oligodiol used in an amount, based on the amount of the mentioned substrates in the final product, of 56% by weight. % to 60 wt.%, and the isocyanate used in an amount of 26 wt.%. up to 29 wt.% The obtained liquid urethane prepolymer is then mixed with a phosphorescent pigment used in an amount of 2 wt.%. to 10 wt.%. In the second step, low-molecular prepolymer chain extender, used in an amount of 7 wt.%, is added to the mixture consisting of the urethane prepolymer and the phosphorescent pigment. up to 8 wt.%, based on the amount of the mentioned substrates in the final product. Then, the mixture obtained in this way, containing the prepolymer and the phosphorescent pigment and the low molecular weight chain extender, is poured into the molds, and after the reaction mixture has gelled, the molds are annealed to obtain phosphorescent cast polyurethane products. In the third step, the obtained cast polyurethane products are comminuted in such a way as to obtain a phosphorescent polyurethane granulate with a grain size not greater than 10 mm as a result of the grinding, and then the obtained granulate is formed into the desired profile, preferably a filament. The subject of the application is a phosphorescent polyurethane material obtained from substrates used for the synthesis of thermoplastic multi-block polyurethanes.
