Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest aparat słuchowy do stymulacji ucha wewnętrznego za pomocą przewodnictwa kostnego. Aparat posiada procesor mowy połączony bezpośrednio lub za pośrednictwem elementu łączącego z implantem dokostnym. W aparacie tym implant umieszczany w masie kostnej wewnątrz krzywizny kanału półkolistego górnego błędnika, ma kształt wydłużonego stożka (1). Z węższej strony implant zakończony jest nagwintowanym trzpieniem (2) o długości 4 - 5 mm i o średnicy 0,6 1,0 mm, natomiast z szerszej strony implant posiada część stabilizującą (3) zaopatrzoną w wypusty umożliwiające wkręcenie implantu oraz w znajdującą się nad częścią stabilizującą (3) platformę (5) łączącą implant z obudową (6) procesora mowy wyposażonego w źródło.
