Abstract
Sposób rekuperacji ciepła z oparów odprowadzanych z suszarni ciągu technologicznego polega na tym, że opary odprowadzane z suszarni ciągu technologicznego natryskuje się mikrostrugami wody z mikrodysz zainstalowanych w kanale do odprowadzania tych oparów z ciągu technologicznego, zgrupowanych w module natryskowym zawierającym w 1 cm2 5 - 9 mikrodysz o średnicy 0,1 - 0,3 mm, zasilanych wodą najkorzystniej o temperaturze 4°C i o ciśnieniu 2-10 x 103hPa. Mikrodysze są rozmieszczone regularnie lub nieregularnie na powierzchni modułu. Wodę ogrzaną przez opary odprowadza się za pomocą wyłapywacza wody zainstalowanego w kanale do odprowadzania oparów.The method of recuperation of heat from the vapors discharged from the process line dryer is based on the fact that the vapors discharged from the process line dryer are sprayed with micro-shots of water from the micro-nozzles installed in the duct to remove these vapors from the process line, grouped in a spray module containing 5 - 9 micro-nozzles per cm2 0.1-0.3 mm in diameter, supplied with water, most preferably at a temperature of 4 ° C and a pressure of 2-10 bar. The micro-nozzles are arranged regularly or irregularly on the surface of the module. The water heated by the vapor is drained off by means of a water trap installed in the vapor discharge duct.
