Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje zagadnienie sposobu wytwarzania regranulatu polietylenowego wysokiej czystości. Sposób polega na tym, że rozdrobniony na drobne płatki i kawałki odpad polimerowy zmieszany z odpadem poliamidowym na wlocie flotacyjnej wanny jest poddawany działaniu strumieni wody kierowanych z dysz natryskowych, wtłaczających odpad na dno flotacyjnej wanny, gdzie następuje szybkie odrywanie płatków i kawałków odpadu polimerowego i wypływanie na powierzchnię wody, porywanych przez przepływ wody 0,4 - 0,6 m3/h w flotacyjnej wannie, poddawanych następnie znanemu procesowi. Pozostające na dnie flotacyjnej wanny płatki i kawałki odpadu poliamidowego odsysa się i traktuje jako odpad. Szybkość przepływu wody w natryskowych dyszach wynosi 35 - 37 m3/h. Otwory dysz natryskowych mają wymiar 5 - 15 cm x 45 - 55 cm.The application solves the problem of a method of producing high purity polyethylene regranulate. The method consists in the fact that the polymer waste, crushed into small flakes and pieces, mixed with polyamide waste at the inlet of the flotation tank, is subjected to water jets directed from spray nozzles, forcing the waste to the bottom of the flotation tank, where flakes and pieces of polymer waste are quickly torn off and flows out. onto the water surface, entrained by a water flow of 0.4 - 0.6 m3 / h in a flotation bath, then subjected to a known process. Flakes and pieces of polyamide waste remaining on the bottom of the flotation tank are sucked off and treated as waste. The water flow rate in the spray nozzles is 35 - 37 m3 / h. The spray nozzle openings are 5 - 15 cm x 45 - 55 cm.
