Abstract

The method is characterized by the fact that with one sensor the simultaneous measurement of both the magnetic field strength value and the value and direction of deformation is carried out, the obtained signal being the sum of the sensor response to the magnetic field and the deformation is separated by the offset compensation method and the signal is subtracted in the further processing of the signals. magnetic from the total signal measured for both diagonals of the sensor, obtaining a signal related only to deformations. The sensor for measuring the magnetic field strength and the deformation value using the Hall signal measurement and the offset measurement, including an array of power and signal reading paths, has one functional element for simultaneously measuring the magnetic field strength and the deformation value and direction. The functional element is in the form of a thin conductive material layer, preferably with a high Hall constant, deposited on the surface of a flexible dielectric. The subject of the application is shown schematically in the drawing.
