Przedmiotem wynalazku jest epoksydowa farba antykorozyjna dwuskładnikowa przeznaczona do zabezpieczania powierzchni stalowych przed korozją, w której składnik pierwszy zawiera w przeliczeniu na substancje nielotne 10% do 40% masowych żywicy epoksydowej o liczbie epoksydowej 0,115 gramorównoważników/100 g; 35% do 65% masowych pyłu cynkowego o średnim rozmiarze cząstek mniejszym niż 20 µm, uprzednio modyfikowanego powierzchniowo związkami organicznymi; od 0% do 30% masowych mikronizowanych wypełniaczy, takich jak siarczan baru, korzystnie talk o średnim rozmiarze cząstek D50 4,5 µm i mikę zawierającą 80% masowych płatkowego tlenku żelaza o zawartości struktur płatkowych ok. 90% i średnim rozmiarze cząstek D50 25 µm; od 0,1% do 3% masowych środków pomocniczych, w tym: od 0,1% do 5% masowych środków zwilżająco-dyspergujących, od 0,1% do 1% masowych środków zapobiegających osadzaniu się pigmentów i wypełniaczy z grupy krzemionek koloidalnych lub bentonitów lub montmorylonitów; od 0,1% do 1% masowych środka poprawiającego rozlewność farby i od 0,1% do 1% masowych środka odpieniającego. Składnik drugi zawiera od 10% do 40% masowych rozpuszczalników organicznych, korzystnie ksylenu i butanolu we wzajemnej proporcji masowej od 10:1 do 10:4.The subject of the invention is a two-component epoxy anticorrosive paint intended for the protection of steel surfaces against corrosion, the first component of which contains, based on non-volatile substances, 10% to 40% by weight of epoxy resin with an epoxy number of 0.115 equivalents / 100 g; 35% to 65% by weight of zinc dust with an average particle size smaller than 20 µm, previously surface treated with organic compounds; 0% to 30% by weight of micronized fillers, such as barium sulphate, preferably talc with an average particle size of D50 4.5 μm and mica containing 80% by weight of flake iron oxide with a flake structure content of approx. 90% and an average particle size D50 of 25 μm ; 0.1% to 3% by mass of auxiliaries, including: 0.1% to 5% by mass of wetting and dispersing agents, 0.1% to 1% by mass of anti-deposition agents and fillers from the group of colloidal silicas, or bentonites or montmorillonites; from 0.1% to 1% by mass of a paint flow aid and from 0.1% to 1% by mass of a defoamer. The second component contains from 10% to 40% by weight of organic solvents, preferably xylene and butanol in a ratio by weight of 10: 1 to 10: 4.
