Sposób oraz układ detekcji niepożądanych substancji i elementów w owocach pestkowych złożony z taśmy transportowej (1) umieszczonego nad nią źródła światła (6) oraz górnego sensora multispektralnego (2) połączonego z jednostką obliczeniową, w którym taśma transportowa (1) jest wykonana z elastycznego przeźroczystego materiału, a poniżej taśmy transportowej (1) znajduje się dolny sensor multispektralny (3) połączony z jednostką obliczeniową, przy czym górny i dolny sensor multispektralny (2, 3) zawierają matryce rejestrujące co najmniej trzy z następujących pasm fal elektromagnetycznych a ponadto sensory multispektralne (2, 3) wyposażone są w co najmniej trzy filtry (4).
