Przedmiotem wynalazku są nanocząstki fosforanów metali ziem rzadkich i przejściowych o wzorze ogólnym MxA1-xPO4, gdzie M oznacza metal z grupy metali ziem przejściowych, A oznacza domieszkę metalu z grupy metali ziem rzadkich lub metali przejściowych lub ich mieszaninę, x oznacza liczbę w zakresie 0,01 do 1, charakteryzujący się tym, że związek ma postać niezagregowanych cząstek o średnim rozmiarze cząstek w zakresie 30 - 50 nm, o biokompatybilnej powierzchni i stabilności w roztworach wodnych i płynach ustrojowych. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także sposób wytwarzania tych związków.The subject of the invention is nanoparticles of phosphates of rare and transition metals of the general formula MxA1-xPO4, where M is a metal from the group of transition earth metals, A is an admixture of a metal from the group of rare earth metals or transition metals or their mixture, x is a number in the range 0, 01 to 1, characterized in that the compound is in the form of disaggregated particles with an average particle size in the range of 30 - 50 nm, with a biocompatible surface and stability in aqueous solutions and body fluids. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of these compounds.
