Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płyta komórkowa, stanowiąca połączenie dwóch wysokiej sztywności okładzin z materiałów z włókien drzewnych z usytuowanym między nimi rdzeniem zawierającym wypełnienie papierowe (3). Rdzeń tworzą zorientowane w szereg elementy wzmacniające, z których każdy stanowią trzy płytki (4) między którymi znajdują się ażurowe wypełnienia papierowe (3) usytuowane tak, że otwory (5) w ażurowym wypełnieniu papierowym (3) przebiegają między powierzchniami przyległych do niego powierzchni szerokich płytek (4), natomiast powierzchnie wąskie płytek (4) są przytwierdzone do powierzchni szerokich okładzin (1). Wypełnienie papierowe (3) ma strukturę plastra miodu. Wysokość (b) ażurowego wypełnienia papierowego (3) jest zawarta w przedziale od 8 mm do 90 mm natomiast wymiary oczka w ażurowym wypełnieniu papierowym (3) mieszczą się w zakresie od 8 mm do 50 mm i wysokości (d) plastra od 8 mm do 96 mm. Okładziny (1) i płytki (4) z materiałów z włókien drzewnych stanowią płyty o grubości (a) od 1,2 mm do 25 mm. Materiałem łączącym okładziny (1) i płytki (4) jest aktywowany klej termotopliwy.The subject of the application is a cellular board, which is a combination of two high-stiffness claddings made of wood fiber materials with a core containing a paper filling (3) located between them. The core consists of reinforcing elements oriented in series, each of which consists of three plates (4) between which there are openwork paper fillings (3) positioned in such a way that the openings (5) in the openwork paper filling (3) run between the surfaces of the adjacent wide surfaces plates (4), while the narrow surfaces of the plates (4) are attached to the surfaces of the wide claddings (1). The paper filling (3) has a honeycomb structure. The height (b) of the openwork paper filling (3) ranges from 8 mm to 90 mm, while the mesh dimensions in the openwork paper filling (3) range from 8 mm to 50 mm and the height (d) of the slice is from 8 mm to 96 mm. The claddings (1) and tiles (4) of wood-fiber materials are boards with a thickness (a) of 1.2 mm to 25 mm. The material that connects the linings (1) and the plates (4) is the activated hot-melt adhesive.
