Abstract
Sposób nawilżenia powietrza przepływającego w instalacji, polegający na tym część strumienia powietrza płynącego kanałem jest odprowadzana na skutek różnicy ciśnień wywołanej umieszczonym w tym celu w kanale elementem spiętrzającym lub zwężką i kierowana do urządzenia nawilżającego, gdzie następuje zwiększenie zawartości wody w tym powietrzu. Następnie ten nawilżony strumień powietrza jest ponownie wprowadzany do kanału, gdzie następuje jego zmieszanie z pozostałą częścią strumienia powietrza płynącego kanałem i w ten sposób zwiększenie wilgotności powietrza płynącego w kanale. Urządzenie do nawilżenia powietrza przepływającego w instalacji, charakteryzuje się tym, że w ciągu przewodów instalacji wentylacyjnej lub klimatyzacyjnej zamontowany jest dystrybutor wilgoci, zawierający element spiętrzający, korzystnie w postaci zwężki Venturiego, stanowiący sekcję przewężenia (12) dystrybutora wilgoci, stanowiącego jednolity element składający się, od strony strumienia napływającego; z króćca wlotowego dystrybutora (14), sekcji wlotowej konfuzora (10), sekcji konfuzora dystrybutora (11), sekcji przewężenia (12), sekcji dyfuzora (13), i króćca wylotowego dystrybutora (15), przy czym króćce (14 i 15) połączone są z instalacją (38), przez którą przepływa strumień nawilżanego powietrza. Dystrybutor wilgoci wymusza przepływ części powietrza przez kanał baypassowy oraz jego nawilżenie a następnie zmieszanie z pozostałym powietrzem.A method of humidifying the air flowing in the installation, consisting in that a part of the air stream flowing through the duct is discharged due to the pressure difference caused by the damming element or orifice placed in the duct for this purpose and directed to the humidifying device, where the water content in this air increases. This humidified air stream is then reintroduced into the duct where it is mixed with the remainder of the air stream flowing through the duct and thus increases the humidity of the air flowing in the duct. The device for humidifying the air flowing in the installation is characterized by the fact that a moisture distributor is mounted in the line of the ventilation or air conditioning installation, which includes a damming element, preferably in the form of a Venturi tube, constituting a section of the narrowing (12) of the moisture distributor, constituting a uniform element consisting of, on the incoming stream side; from the distributor inlet port (14), the confusor inlet section (10), the distributor confusor section (11), the throat section (12), the diffuser section (13), and the distributor outlet port (15), the connectors (14 and 15) are connected to an installation (38) through which a stream of humidified air flows. The moisture distributor forces part of the air to flow through the bypass channel and to humidify it and then mix it with the remaining air.
