Abstract

Urządzenie sitowe do doczyszczania materiału ziarnistego po wstępnym oczyszczeniu w aspiratorze (12), posiadające pochyło usytuowany korpus (1) zbudowany z rozłącznie zespolonych ram, w którym są umieszczone, jedno pod drugim, wymienne stacjonarne sita, przy czym górne sito ma otwory odpowiadające rozmiarom ziarna, a dolne sito ma otwory mniejsze od ziarna, natomiast w wyższej, brzegowej części korpusu (1) nad górnym sitem jest zamocowany kosz zasypowy (4), charakteryzuje się tym, że każde sito składa się z kaskadowo opadających jednakowych płaskich sitowych segmentów połączonych kolejno z-kształtnymi łącznikami tak, że płaszczyzny wszystkich sitowych segmentów są równoległe, a nad każdym z-kształtnym łącznikiem jest umieszczony zestaw płytek zamocowanych wahliwie i niezależnie na wsporniku przymocowanym na ramie (2) korpusu (1) powyżej sita, równolegle do z-kształtnego łącznika, przy czym łączna szerokość płytek w zestawie odpowiada szerokości sitowego segmentu. Wspomniany korpus (1) wraz z sitami jest pochylony w stosunku do poziomu podłoża o kąt (?) spełniający warunek 5° ? ? ? 55°.
