Abstract
Planetarny silnik prądu stałego zbudowany jest z wykorzystaniem idei działania zębatej przekładni planetarnej oraz szczotkowego silnika prądu stałego. Ujawnione rozwiązanie polega na wykorzystaniu kontaktu mechanicznego segmentów kół zębatych (3) (satelit) przekładni planetarnej z poszczególnymi segmentami (1) zewnętrznego wieńca zębatego, do dystrybucji energii elektrycznej dla poszczególnych sekcji uzwojenia silnika (9). W ujawnionym rozwiązaniu, wirnik (4) stanowią satelity (3) przekładni planetarnej. Każdy z satelit wyposażony jest w odpowiednią ilość magnesów stałych (10) i solenoidów (9), których ilość i położenie skoordynowane jest z odpowiadającymi im magnesami stałymi (5) i solenoidami (6) w zewnętrznym wieńcu zębatym, stanowiącym stojan. W chwili zbliżania się satelity do odpowiedniej sekcji uzwojenia, poprzez zazębienie i kontakt mechaniczny z odpowiednim segmentem wieńca, powoduje on zamknięcie obwodu elektrycznego tej części uzwojenia, w której polu magnetycznym dany magnes stały ma się znaleźć.Planetary DC motor is built using the idea of operation of planetary toothed gear and brush DC motor. The disclosed solution consists in using the mechanical contact of the gear segments (3) (satellites) of the planetary gear with the individual segments (1) of the outer toothed rim to distribute electricity for individual sections of the motor winding (9). In the disclosed embodiment, the rotor (4) are satellites (3) of the planetary gear. Each of the satellites is equipped with an appropriate number of permanent magnets (10) and solenoids (9), the number and position of which are coordinated with the corresponding permanent magnets (5) and solenoids (6) in the outer toothed ring, which is the stator. As the satellite approaches the appropriate section of the winding, through its mesh and mechanical contact with the appropriate segment of the rim, it closes the electric circuit of the part of the winding in which the magnetic field of the given permanent magnet is to be placed.
