Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób bezpiecznego otwierania pokrywy (6) misy (4) robota (1) posiadającego korpus (2), jednostkę sterującą (3), misę (4) z zamykaną pokrywą (6), podstawę (5), elektryczny silnik napędowy, zespół wirujących narzędzi roboczych, z wykorzystaniem mechanizmu zatrzaskowego oraz magnesu i hallotronu połączonego z silnikiem i jego układem hamowania. Jako mechanizm zatrzaskowy stosuje się trójpozycyjny przełącznik elektryczny, sprzężony z mechanicznym zatrzaskiem łączącym pokrywę (6) z misą (4). Mechanizm zatrzaskowy przełącza się dźwignią (10), z kolejno zajmowanymi pozycjami tego mechanizmu i jego dźwigni (10): pierwszą pozycją zamkniętą mechanizmu, drugą pozycją z ruchem jałowym dźwigni (10) mechanizmu i trzecią pozycją otwarta tego mechanizmu, przy czym w pozycji zamkniętej mechanizmem zatrzaskuje się pokrywę (6) na misie (4), po czym włącza się silnik robota (1), a w pozycji jałowej w trakcie ruchu jałowego dźwigni (10) pokrywę (6) pozostawia się zatrzaśniętą mechanizmem na misie (4), wyłącza się silnik robota i uruchomią układ hamowania, zaś w pozycji otwartej mechanizmem zwalnia się zatrzaśnięcie pokrywy (6) na misie (4), a silnik robota (1) pozostawia się wyłączony, a ponadto silnik robota (1) i jego układ hamowania w poszczególnych pozycjach dźwigni (10) mechanizmu zatrzaskowego przełącza się hallotronem sterowanym ruchomym magnesem (11) umieszczonym w dźwigni (10), zaś nieruchomym magnesem osadzonym w misie (4) zagina się pole magnetyczne ruchomego magnesu (11) w pozycji zamkniętej dźwigni (10) mechanizmu zatrzaskowego. A three-position electrical switch is used as a latching mechanism, coupled with a mechanical latch connecting the cover (6) with the bowl (4). The latching mechanism is switched with the lever (10), with successively occupied positions of this mechanism and its levers (10): the first closed position of the mechanism, the second position with idle movement of the lever (10) of the mechanism and the third open position of this mechanism, in the closed position with the mechanism the cover (6) is snapped on the bowl (4), then the robot engine (1) is turned on, and in the idle position, during the idle movement of the lever (10), the cover (6) is left latched with the mechanism on the bowl (4), the engine is turned off of the robot and start the braking system, and in the open position, the mechanism releases the closure of the cover (6) on the bowl (4), and the robot's engine (1) is turned off, and the robot's engine (1) and its braking system in individual positions of the levers ( 10) of the latch mechanism is switched by Hall effect sensor controlled by a movable magnet (11) placed in the lever (10), and a fixed magnet embedded in the bowl (4) is bent the magnetic field of the movable magnet (11) in pos. the closed position of the lever (10) of the catch mechanism. The invention also relates to a latching mechanism for implementing said method.
