Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania materiału kompozytowego z odpadów tekstylnych i odpadowej folii polietylenowej, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) rozdrabnianie odpadów tekstylnych na frakcję o wielkości do 15 mm, b) rozdrabnianie folii polietylenowej na frakcję o wielkości do 15 mm, c) oddzielanie części metalowych od rozdrobnionych tekstyliów, d) oddzielanie części metalowych i niepożądanych tworzyw sztucznych od rozdrobnionej folii, e) dalsze rozdrabnianie tekstyliów na frakcję o wielkości do 5 mm, f) mieszanie rozdrobnionych tekstyliów z rozdrobnioną folią, przy czym tekstylia stanowią 10 - 50% mieszaniny, g) uplastycznianie, homogenizacja i wytłaczanie otrzymanej mieszaniny w wytłaczarce w temperaturze 170 - 240°C i pod ciśnieniem 8 - 15 MPa.
