Abstract

Uniwersalna magnetyczna podstawka montażowa służąca do mocowania na różnych powierzchniach urządzeń przewidzianych do montażu na szynie w standardzie TH35 urządzeń charakteryzuje się tym, że ma korpus w postaci prostopadłościanu o podstawie prostokąta otwartego z jednej i/lub z obu przeciwległych stron tworząc komorę dla magnesu (3) zabezpieczonego przez zatrzask (2) trzymający magnes (3), a boczne elementy korpusu zaopatrzone ma w ucha (4) z otworami (5) montażowymi, przy czym wymiary podstawy korpusu (1) podstawki montażowej umożliwiają zatrzaśnięcie urządzeń przewidzianych do montażu na szynie w standardzie TH35. Korzystnie ma korpus wyposażony w górnej i dolnej części w końcówki montażowe w postaci widełek pozycjonujących górnych oraz widełek pozycjonujących dolnych. Korzystnie wyposażona jest w element podnoszący współczynnik tarcia z mocowaną powierzchnią. Sposób mocowania urządzeń przewidzianych do montażu na szynie w standardzie TH35 przy użyciu uniwersalnej magnetycznej podstawki montażowej charakteryzuje się tym, że korpus zatrzaskuje się w podstawie urządzenia przewidzianego do montażu w standardzie na szynę TH35. Korpus uniwersalnej magnetycznej podstawki montażowej umożliwia mocowanie mechaniczne poprzez wkręcenie wkrętu wykorzystując ucho mocowania (4) pod wkręt oraz otwór (5) w tym uchu. Korzystnie na powierzchnię podstawy korpusu uniwersalnej magnetycznej podstawki montażowej nakleja się element zwiększający przyczepność łączonych powierzchni.The universal magnetic mounting base used for mounting devices intended for rail mounting in the TH35 standard on various surfaces is characterized by the fact that it has a cuboid body with a rectangular base open on one and / or both opposite sides, creating a chamber for the magnet (3) secured by a latch (2) holding a magnet (3), and the side parts of the body are provided with lugs (4) with mounting holes (5), while the dimensions of the body base (1) of the mounting base allow the latching of devices intended for rail mounting as standard TH35. Preferably, it has a body equipped with upper and lower parts with assembly tips in the form of upper positioning forks and lower positioning forks. Preferably, it is equipped with an element increasing the friction coefficient with the surface being fixed. The method of fixing devices intended for rail mounting in the TH35 standard with the use of a universal magnetic mounting base is characterized by the fact that the body snaps into the base of the device intended for mounting on a TH35 rail as standard. The body of the universal magnetic mounting base enables mechanical fastening by screwing in the screw using the fastening eye (4) for the screw and the hole (5) in this ear. Preferably, an element increasing the adhesion of the surfaces to be joined is glued to the base surface of the body of the universal magnetic mounting base.
