Abstract
Układ składa się ze zbiornika wody (ZW) o ścianach izolowanych termicznie, wyposażonego w wymiennik ciepła (WC), połączony poprzez sieć rur i zaworów z pompą ciepła (PC) i dwoma pompami wodnymi (PW-1 i PW-2) oraz czujników do pomiaru temperatury wody w zbiorniku (ZW) oraz (PT-1) do pomiaru temperatury podłogi w brojlerni. Układ jest skonfigurowany w taki sposób, że możliwe są trzy tryby pracy: - ogrzewanie podłogi z wykorzystaniem ciepła zmagazynowanego w zbiorniku wodnym (ZW) w trakcie poprzedniego cyklu pracy; - chłodzenie podłogi z wykorzystaniem chłodu pochodzącego ze zbiornika wody (ZW); - bezpośredni obieg wody pomiędzy zbiornikiem wody (ZW) a przewodami zainstalowanymi pod podłogą.The system consists of a water tank (ZW) with thermally insulated walls, equipped with a heat exchanger (WC), connected via a network of pipes and valves with a heat pump (PC) and two water pumps (PW-1 and PW-2) and sensors for water temperature measurement in the tank (ZW) and (PT-1) for floor temperature measurement in a broiler house. The system is configured in such a way that three operating modes are possible: - floor heating with heat stored in the water tank (ZW) during the previous work cycle; - cooling the floor with the use of cold water from the water tank (ZW); - direct water circulation between the water tank (ZW) and the pipes installed under the floor.
