Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest magnetyczne urządzenie mikrofluidalne do szybkich badań przesiewowych składające się z wieka, podstawy, osłon zbiorników oraz warstwy funkcjonalnej czipa, a wieko czipa zawiera zbiorniki zasilające oraz podziałkę milimetrową, a warstwa funkcjonalna czipa zawiera komory hodowlane, charakteryzujące się tym, że składa się z transparentnego dla światła widzialnego i UV czipa mikrofluidalnego (1) wyposażonego w co najmniej trzy liniowe komory hodowlane, z których każda łączy się na końcach ze zbiornikami zasilającymi elastyczną podstawę oraz z generatora mikropola magnetycznego (1) złożonego z platformy zawierającej gniazdo czipa, podpór dystansowych, zespołu podstawy generatora złożonego z wierzchu i spodu, zawierającej gniazdo magnesu, magnesu stałego oraz szeregu trzpieni ferromagnetycznych, przy czym układ komór hodowlanych w czipie mikrofluidalnym (2) oraz układ trzpieni ferromagnetycznych generatora mikropola magnetycznego (1) jest wzajemnie skorelowany w ten sposób, że trzpienie ferromagnetyczne w platformie przebiegają wzajemnie równolegle od powierzchni komór hodowlanych czipa do górnej powierzchni magnesu stałego. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób prowadzenia badań w magnetycznym urządzeniu mikrofluidalnym.
