Abstract
Sonotroda ultradźwiękowa (101), której pierwszy koniec jest przystosowany do dołączania do źródła ultradźwiękowego, zaopatrzona w końcówkę roboczą (105) na przeciwnym końcu sonotrody (101), wyposażona w korpus (104) z płaszczem chłodzącym (103), uszczelnionym na styku z korpusem (104) sonotrody (101) pierwszą uszczelką (106) i drugą uszczelką (107), cechuje się tym, że pierwsza uszczelka (106) znajduje w odległości mniejszej lub równej 20 mm od węzła fali stojącej pobudzanej w sonotrodzie w warunkach pracy, a druga uszczelka (107) jest zapatrzona w element sprężynujący i znajduje się w odległości mniejszej lub równej 20 mm od końcówki roboczej (105). Sposób stopowania metali, w którym materiał topi się na powierzchni roboczej sonotrody pobudzanej do drgań mechanicznych, cechuje się tym, że stosuje się sonotrodę według wynalazku.
