Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pojemnik przeznaczony szczególnie do leków, które to leki muszą być zabezpieczone przed niepowołanym otwarciem, a jednocześnie niepowołane otwarcie musi być uwidocznione. Pojemnik, zwłaszcza do leków, utworzony jest z butelki (1), której szyjka (2) ma zewnętrzny gwint, zaś osłonę szyjki (2) stanowi nakrętka (4), której korpus ma wewnętrzny gwint współpracujący z gwintem szyjki (2). Korpus nakrętki (4) jest łamliwie połączony z opaską usytuowaną od strony korpusu butelki (1), a łamliwe połączenie stanowią cienkie łączniki (6) łączące opaskę (5) z korpusem nakrętki. Pojemnik charakteryzuje się tym, że opaskę (5) stanowią dwa pierścienie (7, 8) połączone słupkami (9), zaś szyjka (2) butelki ma wystający na zewnątrz oporowy pierścień usytuowany pomiędzy pierścieniami (7,8) opaski (5), przy czym wewnętrzna średnica pierścieni (7, 8) opaski (5) jest równa zewnętrznej średnic oporowego pierścienia, a dolny pierścień (8) opaski (5) ma wystające do wewnątrz wargi (11) usytuowane w oknach między słupkami (9).
