Abstract
Kocioł centralnego ogrzewania z systemem dolnego spalania wyposażony w płaszcz wodny, ruchomy ruszt z komorą popielnikową, palnik wirowy ceramiczny i kanały powietrza pierwotnego i wtórnego, kanały spalin i wyczystki oraz komorę załadowczą paliwa charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera ruchomy ruszt (27) żeliwny o asymetrycznym kształcie nad którym ma zamontowany przesuwny element (23) w postaci przesłony z blachy kotłowej o regulowanej wysokości zintegrowany z wirowym palnikiem (24) ceramicznym. Przesuwny element (23) jest zintegrowany z palnikiem ceramicznym (24) wirowym, przy czym przesuwny element (23) ma płynnie regulowaną wysokość w komorze spalania. W górnej części korpusu kocioł ma dodatkową izolację (14) z płyty wermikulitu. Kocioł występuje w dwóch wariantach: z zasypem bocznym od przodu oraz zasypem górnym.Central heating boiler with a lower combustion system equipped with a water jacket, a movable grate with an ash-pan chamber, a ceramic vortex burner and primary and secondary air ducts, flue gas ducts and cleanouts, and a fuel loading chamber, characterized by the fact that it includes a movable cast iron grate (27) with an asymmetrical a shape over which a sliding element (23) is mounted in the form of a height-adjustable boiler plate shutter, integrated with a ceramic swirl burner (24). The sliding element (23) is integral with the ceramic vortex burner (24), the sliding element (23) having a continuously adjustable height in the combustion chamber. In the upper part of the body, the boiler has additional insulation (14) made of vermiculite plate. The boiler is available in two variants: with a side charge from the front and with an upper charge.
