Abstract

Rama przedstawiona na rysunku charakteryzuje się tym, że wykonana jest z jednego arkusza materiału trójwarstwowego lub dwuwarstwowego poprzez nacięcia w kształcie prostokąta lub kwadratu tworzące co najmniej jedną środkową część nośną oraz wycięcie z arkusza z utworzeniem trapezowych skrzydeł na całej długości każdego z boku środkowej części nośnej z dwoma nacięciami, tworząc trzy pasma do zaginania. Środkowe pasmo zaopatrzone jest na każdym z krańców w co najmniej jeden otwór przelotowy do mocowania łącznika kątowego oraz na środku w otwór zawieszkowy, natomiast każde zewnętrzne pasmo ma co najmniej jedno skrzydełko blokujące a korzystnie dwa skrzydełka blokujące symetrycznie rozmieszczone przy końcach pasm, przy czym nacięcia pomiędzy środkową częścią nośną a wewnętrznym pasmem mają kształt rowka, w którym kąt między ściankami wynosi nie mniej niż 135°, natomiast nacięcia pomiędzy wewnętrznym pasmem a środkowym pasmem mają kształt rowka, w którym kąt między ściankami wynosi nie mniej niż 90°, a środkowa część nośna ma wybranie zaopatrzone w mocujące skrzydełka, korzystnie trapezowe i korzystnie na całym wewnętrznym obwodzie. Do wybrania zamocowana jest płyta wewnętrzna o kształcie wybrania środkowej części nośnej zaopatrzona również w mocujące skrzydełka korzystnie trapezowe i korzystnie na całym wewnętrznym obwodzie utworzone przez nacięcie mające kształt rowka, w którym kąt między ściankami wynosi nie mniej niż 90°.
