Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest folia wielowarstwowa, w szczególności przeznaczona do wytwarzania worków na śmieci, składająca się z trzech warstw polimerowych wykonanych z polietylenu o małej, średniej i dużej gęstości, zawierająca pigmenty barwiące, absorbenty zapachu lub środki zapachowe lub stabilizatory UV. Folia charakteryzuje się tym, że na jej powierzchni znajdują się regularnie ułożone, odcinkowe, wzdłużne wgłębienia o geometrycznym, regularnym zarysie, rozmieszczone w układzie liniowym naprzemiennie, ponadto folia wykonana jest z warstw A, B, C, gdzie: warstwa A zawiera od 10 do 40% polietylenu LLD (liniowy małej gęstości) o gęstości 910 ÷ 940 kg/m3, od 10 do 40% polietylenu LD małej gęstości 910 ÷ 930 kg/m3, od 0 do 80% regranulat polietylenu LD 910 ÷ 930 kg/m3, następnie warstwa B zawiera od 10 do 30% polietylenu LLD (liniowy małej gęstości) o gęstości 910 ÷ 940 kg/m3, od 20 do 30% polietylenu o niskiej gęstości 910+930 kg/m3, oraz w dopaleniu do 100% regranulat polietylenu LD 910 ÷ 930 kg/m3, warstwa C zawiera od 10 do 30% polietylenu LLD (liniowy małej gęstości) o gęstości 910 ÷ 940 kg/m3, od 20 do 70% polietylenu o niskiej gęstości 910 ÷ 930 kg/m3, od 20 do 30% polietylenu HD wysokiej gęstości 940 ÷ 960 kg/m3. Folia według zastrz. 1 znamienna tym, że warstwa A jest warstwą wewnętrzną, warszawa B jest warstwą środkową, warstwa C jest warstwą zewnętrzną.The subject of the invention is a multi-layer foil, in particular intended for the production of garbage bags, consisting of three polymer layers made of low, medium and high density polyethylene, containing coloring pigments, odor absorbents or fragrances or UV stabilizers. The foil is characterized by the fact that on its surface there are regularly arranged, segmental, longitudinal cavities with a geometric, regular outline, arranged in an alternating linear arrangement; moreover, the foil is made of layers A, B, C, where: layer A contains from 10 to 40% LLD polyethylene (linear low density) with a density of 910 ÷ 940 kg/m3, from 10 to 40% LD low density polyethylene 910 ÷ 930 kg/m3, from 0 to 80% LD polyethylene regranulate 910 ÷ 930 kg/m3, then layer B contains from 10 to 30% of LLD polyethylene (linear low density) with a density of 910 ÷ 940 kg/m3, from 20 to 30% of low density polyethylene 910+930 kg/m3, and after burning up to 100% LD 910 polyethylene regranulate ÷ 930 kg/m3, layer C contains from 10 to 30% of LLD (linear low density) polyethylene with a density of 910 ÷ 940 kg/m3, from 20 to 70% of low density polyethylene 910 ÷ 930 kg/m3, from 20 to 30 % HD high density polyethylene 940 ÷ 960 kg/m3. Foil according to claim 1, characterized in that layer A is the inner layer, layer B is the middle layer, layer C is the outer layer.
