Abstract
Dźwigar łopaty wirnika nośnego o zmiennym kącie skręcenia charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz łopaty znajduje się dźwigar składający się z belki pionowej (2a) oraz połączonej z nią w jej środkowej części belki poziomej (2b). Z górnym końcem belki poziomej (2a) połączona jest połączeniem odkształcalnym środkowa część górnej poprzeczki (2c) natomiast z dolnym końcem belki pionowej (2a) połączona jest połączeniem odkształcalnym w środkowej części dolna poprzeczka (2d). Przy czym pomiędzy skrajnymi końcami belki poziomej (2b) a górną poprzeczką (2c) i pomiędzy skrajnymi końcami belki poziomej (2b) i dolną poprzeczką (2d) znajdują się elementy z materiału z pamięci kształtu (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d). Elementy z pamięcią kształtu (1a, 1d), (1b, 1c) znajdujące się po jednej stronie belki poziomej (2a) osadzone są na prowadnicy (3a, 3b) zaś każda z prowadnic (3a, 3b) osadzona jest w otworze znajdującym się w belce poziomej (2b).The main rotor blade spar with variable angle of rotation is characterized by the fact that inside the blade there is a spar consisting of a vertical beam (2a) and a horizontal beam (2b) connected to it in its central part. The middle part of the upper crossbar (2c) is connected with the upper end of the horizontal beam (2a), while the lower crossbar (2d) is connected to the lower end of the vertical beam (2a) by a deformable connection in the middle part. There are elements of shape memory material (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) between the extreme ends of the horizontal beam (2b) and the upper crossbar (2c) and between the extreme ends of the horizontal beam (2b) and the lower crossbar (2d). The shape memory elements (1a, 1d), (1b, 1c) located on one side of the horizontal beam (2a) are mounted on the guide (3a, 3b), and each guide (3a, 3b) is seated in the hole in the horizontal beam (2b).
