Abstract

Technologia nitowania zastępująca nity zrywalne polega na zastosowaniu nitu (1) z otworem wielowypustowym. Połączenie wykonywane jest w następujący sposób: Po umieszczeniu nitu w otworze montażowym, przez otwór nitu wprowadzany jest trzpień formujący (2), który po wykonaniu obrotu o odpowiedni kąt, jest wyprowadzany przez otwór. Trzpień cofając się formuje ścianki nitu wykonując połączenie. Trzpień formujący jest elementem narzędzia nitującego / nitownicy i jest elementem wielokrotnego użytku.
