Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nośnik danych, który obejmuje warstwę pokrytą przynajmniej w części powłoką z materiału o właściwościach optycznie zmiennych, przy czym powłoka z materiału o właściwościach optycznie zmiennych jest transparentna, przy czym przynajmniej część powierzchni pokrytej materiałem o właściwościach optycznie zmiennych (401) jest transparentna, przy czym nośnik obejmuje ponadto przynajmniej częściowo transparentną warstwę znakowalną laserowo (104), na której możliwe jest nanoszenie oznaczeń wykonywalnych laserowo, które to oznaczenia po naniesieniu będą widoczne z dwóch stron nośnika, przy czym warstwa znakowalna laserowo (104) umieszczona jest tak, że oznaczenie wykonywalne laserowo (501) po naniesieniu będzie częściowo przesłaniało widoczność powłoki o właściwościach optycznie zmiennych (401) od jednej strony (601) nośnika, a od drugiej strony (602) nośnika będzie stanowiło kontrastujące tło dla powłoki o właściwościach optycznie zmiennych (401), zapewniając oznaczeniu (501) widzianemu od nieznakowanej laserowo strony (602) nośnika właściwości zmienności optycznej. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu wykonania wielowarstwowego nośnika danych według wynalazku.
