Przedmiot wynalazku dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania modyfikowanego napełniacza krzemionkowego, metodą zol-żel, z wodnej mieszaniny reakcyjnej zawierającej tetraalkoksysilan, alkohol lub mieszaninę alkoholi alifatycznych, w obecności wodorotlenku amonu lub związku amoniowego, gdzie do wodnej mieszaniny reakcyjnej zawierającej otrzymany zol krzemionkowy dodaje się związek modyfikujący w postaci tlenku grafenu oraz karbofunkcyjny alkoksysilam. Otrzymany tym sposobem napełniacz przeznaczony jest do otrzymywania polimerowych materiałów kompozytowych o poprawionych właściwościach fizyko-mechanicznych.The subject of the invention relates to a method of obtaining a modified silica filler, by the sol-gel method, from an aqueous reaction mixture containing a tetraalkoxysilane, an alcohol or a mixture of aliphatic alcohols in the presence of ammonium hydroxide or an ammonium compound, where a modifying compound is added to the aqueous reaction mixture containing the obtained silica sol in the form of graphene oxide and carbofunctional alkoxysilam. The filler obtained in this way is intended for the preparation of polymer composite materials with improved physical and mechanical properties.
