Abstract
Element formujący (1) ma przestrzenną ramę dolną połączoną z przestrzenną ramą górną za pomocą mechanizmu liniowego zapewniającego zachowanie równoległości i prostopadłości unoszenia ramy górnej względem ramy dolnej. Rama dolna ma połączenie z wózkami prowadzącymi rozmieszczonymi na stojaku (4) oraz z środkami do przemieszczania (2) elementu formującego (1) zawierającymi serwomotor połączony z pasem napędowym. Każda z podłużnic części przedniej ramy dolnej ma dwie powierzchnie robocze pierwsze oraz wzajemnie prostopadłe do nich dwie poziome powierzchnie robocze drugie, przy czym powierzchnie robocze pierwsze biegną równolegle do boków tych podłużnic, natomiast powierzchnie robocze drugie obydwu podłużnic leżą w płaszczyźnie poziomej. Powierzchnie robocze pierwsze są usytuowane powyżej powierzchni roboczych drugich. Każda z podłużnic części przedniej ramy górnej ma dwie powierzchnie robocze pierwsze oraz wzajemnie prostopadłe do nich dwie poziome powierzchnie robocze drugie. Powierzchnie robocze pierwsze biegną równolegle do boków tych podłużnic, ponadto powierzchnie robocze drugie obydwu podłużnic leżą w płaszczyźnie poziomej natomiast powierzchnie robocze pierwsze są usytuowane poniżej powierzchni roboczych drugich.The forming element (1) has a three-dimensional lower frame connected to the three-dimensional upper frame by means of a linear mechanism ensuring that the upper frame is parallel and perpendicular to the lower frame. The first working surfaces run parallel to the sides of these stringers, moreover, the second working surfaces of both stringers lie in a horizontal plane, while the first working surfaces are situated below the second working surfaces.
